They give you a call to briefly explain the position to you and make sure that you still want the job. Then the confirm a time and date for interview and send an email. Because of COVID-19 I have to sign something to confirm I had no symptoms. The interview is 1:1 in I private room
Easy process. I got interviewed by 2 different managers and they wanted to know if I could follow directions, willing to work overtime if needed, and open to learning. I got a tour afterwards.
Polite interview. Two lab supervisors and one human resource staff member. Lasts forty five minutes and they were very friendly. They were helpful. I got the job but declined due to some personal reasons.

Interview
Very nice and welcoming people. The first interview was with HR and focused on cultural fit, values, and motivation. The second was with the manager, covering technical skills, particularly analytical chemistry, teamwork, and problem-solving. Overall, it was a positive and engaging experience that gave me a good impression of the company culture and expectations.
