Interview
I first got an invitation for a phone screening shortly after I applied. It was short, easy, pretty basic questions: tell me about your current/past experience, salary expectations, etc. I was then invited for an interview with the hiring manager and some other employees (wasn’t told their positions). At first, it was going great, they asked about my skills and experience. Then one of them started grilling me about very specific equipment, almost like they were trying to trip me up instead of trying to learn about my experience. They also belittled my current experience. I found it very patronizing and condescending, and I honestly doges a bullet.
Quick and easy. Immediately got hired after the interview. Was informed earlier that many people can join the call, but ended up just being the manager and another employee. So thatv was a relief
three step process
screening a call for 1 hour with 30 min of a group lead and 30 min with manager. They take a to of time to respond , the whole process took 2 months
The interview was conducted over the phone. Some information about the role was provided. There was an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the call. The interviewer described the next steps in the hiring process.
