Interview
Straight forward interview with one or two management personnel, then given a facility tour. Basic interview questions such as strengths/weaknesses and a few questions about lab experience and availability to work weekends too.

Asked about working with a team and if you are an independent worker.
They asked specific questions about my resume and if I had any applicable skills like previous laboratory experience. It was an easy interview which felt more like a conversation than anything. They mostly just gave more details about the job and if I had any questions for them.

Tell me about your experience in working in X laboratory.
I applied online, shortly afterward I had a phone screen with the recruiter. Then, I came onsite for an interview. A few days later the recruiter contacted me again to let me know they wanted to make an offer and talk about start dates.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Eurofins
Interview
Short 15 minute phone screen. Then they offer you a 30 min virtual interview. Worth noting that they want a list of all of your references to contact BEFORE the first virtual interview. Dropped out at that point.
