1 to 2 interviews. HR questions for around 25-40% rest was time management and hypothetical situations and what-ifs with past experience questions. Fairly straight to the point,with the interview capping off with question about expected salary and an opportunity to ask questions if you have any.

They asked specific questions about my resume and if I had any applicable skills like previous laboratory experience. It was an easy interview which felt more like a conversation than anything. They mostly just gave more details about the job and if I had any questions for them.

I applied online, shortly afterward I had a phone screen with the recruiter. Then, I came onsite for an interview. A few days later the recruiter contacted me again to let me know they wanted to make an offer and talk about start dates.

Short 15 minute phone screen. Then they offer you a 30 min virtual interview. Worth noting that they want a list of all of your references to contact BEFORE the first virtual interview. Dropped out at that point.
