I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eurofins (San Diego, CA) in Aug 2021
Interview
It was a long interview around 4 hours. Interviewed with 8 people but they were all friendly and nice. Asked me general experience questions about analytical testing, HPLC, UV Vis, PH meter, appearance testing etc. I would say the difficulty was average. They are open to all levels of experiences. If you are a fresh out of collage, I recommend you study analytical techniques and method and you should be fine.

Question 1
How much experience do you know about analytical chemistry, mainly HPLC?
They asked specific questions about my resume and if I had any applicable skills like previous laboratory experience. It was an easy interview which felt more like a conversation than anything. They mostly just gave more details about the job and if I had any questions for them.

Interview
Short 15 minute phone screen. Then they offer you a 30 min virtual interview. Worth noting that they want a list of all of your references to contact BEFORE the first virtual interview. Dropped out at that point.
