I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Euromonitor (London, England) in Aug 2022
Interview
1. HR round - general questions
2. Hiring Manager Round :
General Resume questions. He is a technical architect and I am shocked that he did not ask a single technical question.
All general questions and I was moved to the next round.
3. Technical Round (or so called) :
This is the final stage interview set for an hour.
First introductions from both parties
Then couple of questions around REST APIs and Security
Then some coding best practices questions
BDD and TDD difference
Situation Questions.
It was very easy and the interviewer almost said that I would be working in his team.
I was hoping for a positive feedback as everything went well.
But to my surprise I got a rejection call from the HR stating some vague reasons when asked about feedback.
Companies like this should not waste talented candidates time in the name of interviews.
If they don't want to hire people smarter than them or at least knowledgeable people that why the company code bases and products seem to loose their integrity.
