EPI reached out to me for a Product Manager position that matched my experience very well. The first HR interview was delayed by two weeks and rescheduled. On the interview day, the HR rep was late, had connection issues, and seemed distracted throughout the call. Despite this, I answered all questions clearly and showed strong knowledge about the company and the role.
After a week with no update (despite being told I’d hear back in two days), I followed up and was rejected with a reason that didn’t reflect the job description or our conversation. It felt like my responses weren’t properly heard or considered. Overall, the process felt unprofessional and disappointing.
