My experience interviewing with EvenUp Law was incredibly disappointing. From start to finish, the process left a lot to be desired. Throughout the process, I was asked to create a detailed growth marketing strategy that took a whole day to complete. Sadly, I never received any feedback on my work, which made me feel like my ideas were being used as free labor. Additionally, the maximum salary for the Growth Marketing Manager role was only $120,000. Other San Francisco-based companies I've interviewed with were offering $150,000 - $200,000 for similar positions. Finally, being associated with a company that earns its revenue from lawsuits and settlements can raise genuine concerns about the impact on your career path and professional image. Including EvenUp on your resume may lead to questions about your values and integrity in the eyes of potential employers. I'm glad that I dodged a bullet by not joining this company. The lack of feedback, potential exploitation of ideas, uncompetitive salary, and questionable business practices have convinced me that EvenUp is not a desirable workplace. I highly recommend reading the existing Glassdoor reviews, as they provide valuable insights that I wish I had considered before investing my time in the interview process.
