The process for interviewing at Evenbound was incredibly quick and transparent. Over the timeframe of about a week or two. I had a total of 3 interviews - First with an Account Manager, which was a very typical first interview to make sure we were aligned on job description, salary, and expectations. - Second with the VP of Operations, where we went into more detail about Evenbound as a company, goals for the position and myself, and some higher level qualifications. I really appreciated how transparent and forthcoming this interview was about culture and company goals. - Third with my prospective managing supervisor, Head of Delivery, which was the most technical interview that went over a lot of specific experience and qualifications that I had for the position and what they were looking for.

Two rounds of interviews with COO and person I’d be replacing who was in the role. Casual interview with direct experience questions. They were polite and direct. Received an email response in the time frame they promised.
