I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eventbrite (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Tech Phone Screen, then on-site (4-5 rounds, not all rounds were with software engineers). All of the questions were pretty straightforward. I actually wish they were a bit more difficult so that I could stand out better. It seems like they value culture fit much more than engineering ability. I don't think I was smiley/casual enough for them.
It was good an smooth all conducted very well questions were direct and tricky but u need to show right approach to the solution they judge u on basis of ur approach to answer
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eventbrite in Aug 2023
Interview
First round was screening call with recruiter. It was a 20 min video call where he asked about myself, my work my project etc... I had some question for the company as well so that too I clarified on the call. Second round was problem solving. The interviewer was from US hence interview took place at late night. He gave a react problem (on hacker rank) where skeleton was made and I was to implement the functionality. The problem needed knowledge of DS and optimisation in react, you must also know how to write a scalable code.
