The interview process was really smooth and clear; not only the different steps but also the information and updates all the way. They are truly committed to being a diverse company since I have a personal situation that was conditioning my start date and they've respected it and accommodated around it.
Very interesting process. Recruiter screening then several rounds with various stakeholders. Overall the format comprised simple questions but the main focus was on the details and the depth of my experience.

Interview
Applied online and recruiter contacted me to have a 30 minute conversation. We discussed the role, my background etc. After the initial phone conversation, my second round interview was scheduled for a month later with a more senior person. That conversation also lasted about 30 minutes and mostly consisted of chatting about the role itself.
