Phone interview w/ corporate recruiter. Had an on-site a couple days later. Met with Delivery Manager and Managing Director for about 45 minutes and then a few of the Senior Account Managers for about 30 minutes. Standard questions about my background, interests, passion for this job, etc. A few situational "how would you sell this" questions. Pretty conversational. Went back into the office and shadowed a recruiter while she was working for a little while. Was called later that afternoon with an offer.

Had a great first couple of interviews with recruiter. Once I was passed to the local office staff, nobody ever got back to me. I was told it was because they were OOO on an office trip to Mexico. Still never called me back when they returned so I wrote them off.
