Starts off with an initial screening through email with a series of questions (very easy). Second, you will receive a call from a corporate recruiter telling you more about the position and also some more screening questions. If you pass the phone interview, your information will be sent to the branch you applied for and a hiring manager will contact you to schedule a face to face interview. The face to face was nothing out of the ordinary; you have to be prepared and quick with your answers. After the interview, you will get a call back to either move on to the next step or not.
