      Marketing Interview

      9 Jan 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Evergen in Jan 2026

      Interview

I submitted my application and then contacted by the hiring manager because the HR recruiter was no longer with the company (that's not a good sign). I was asked for my portfolio BEFORE an interview was even scheduled. Talk about off-putting. I guess there is no human interaction anymore. Or perhaps, the company posted a position as a means to generate ideas (which I have seen at other companies). If this is what the company does at the very beginning, I can't imagine what it would be like to work for them.
