Recruiter scheduled initial phone call, but didn't attend, and asked to reschedule. The call was rescheduled and I had to reach out to the recruiter after she was 6 minutes late. It was a quick phone call, brief overview of experience, but they dodged questions about company reviews and negative culture. The recruiter was very unprofessional and uninformed. The role was reposted a couple of hours before the second scheduled call and the recruiter wasn't even aware. Very disorganized and concerning.
