First of the application, followed by a assessment, then a group interview with questions. Group interview not recommended hard to get information out. It can add to anxiety. Ask a lot of questions.

Interview is done via Zoom. You are put into breakout rooms 10 different times, you have two mins to answer 1-2 questions. You should do your research on the company, as the questions that they ask are based on that.
