a panel of two people, pretty basic questions based on your experience in sport and leisure and your attitude towards doing menial tasks like cleaning. helps if you are sporty or interested in sport. also some basic questions based around your strengths and weaknesses

I dressed smarty in my sixth form uniform. And told reception staff that I had an interview. I arrived 10 minutes early and then I was greeted by the manager. We went into their office with 2 managers that worked at the centre and they both asked me questions from a piece of paper. No other forms were needed although I took my cv just incase.
