I applied online. I interviewed at Evlo (Luton, East of England, England) in Nov 2019
Interview
I had a great interview process with Everyday Loans, I met with the branch manager as well as the area manager. They gave me a real insight into the position and what a realistic day to day would look like, they also were very honest and didn't just tell me the positives about the role. It was a very engaging interview and I felt like they were really interested in getting to know me for much more than what was on my CV. I have now been here for 3 years and can't wait to see where I can progress to!

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Evlo (Bourne End, South East England, England) in Sept 2022
Interview
The interview process was great and the opportunity presented really interested me. The recruiter was positive and lovely to talk to and very transparent about the role and the company as well as growth opportunities. The process start to finish was only a couple of weeks and this was a three stage interview process; phone screening, face to face first round with future line manager, face to face with CEO and a presentation for the final round. Everyone I met throughout the process was lovely and really friendly. I am really glad I joined the company and look forward to developing my career here.
