Evolution Hospitality interview questions

Outdated panel interviews with corporate leaders. It's 2023, time to move on from intimidating panels. Who can really be themselves in front of 5 strangers on camera? The questions were poorly worded, almost in a way to trick you or confuse you. Evolution also conducts about 3 interviews, and does not get back to you if you did not get the job. Poor practice.

Was told my interview was 1-1:30, did not get interviewed until 1:30. Was told it would be a group interview but only one person attended. Interview took place in the lobby
