Interview
Very brief online group interview with both an individual section and a group task. We were given several minutes to prepare for each question, and 2 minutes to answer. The on-site engineers then provided feedback on our performances.

How would you handle situations that occur on-site?
I have an interview with Evolution Mining for the role of Mining Engineer. The interviewers are really nice. Most of the questions are behavioral questions and some technical questions. Overall it's a pleasant experience.

- Human Resources call to organise an interview.
- Online interview with 2 Superintendents with standard interview questions. They ask you give real examples from your experiences regarding Evolution's values such as: safety, excellence, accountability and respect.
