Excellent met with CEO, COO, SVP and others. Went smooth for eight hours straight and had a job offer within 24 hours.It was a smooth process because management was open minded and had fair expectations of anyone coming in and putting large teams together.

Interview
Met with senior leaders only. Not a very diverse interview team. While job description was clear, the job in reality was quite different. Didn't have transparency in the interview process. Hindsight is always clearer.
