It seems the company is very conservative in its hiring process.
The whole process takes more than 2 months and consists of 5 interview (2 telephone interview and 3 1 to 1 interviews.
It seems the company prefers candidates neither too aggressive or too conservative.
Candidates who have got accustomed with typical Amercian style in China may not be suitable for their company.

Mehrstuendiger Auswahltag am Hauptsitz in Essen. Der Tag setzte sich aus einem personal fit interview einer case study, sowie einer group exercise zusammen. Sehr freundlicher Umgang und eine nette Erfahrung.
Am nächsten Tag eine persönliche Feedback Runde in der die Entscheidung kommuniziert wurde.
