I interviewed at Evri (Crawley, West Sussex, South East England, England)
Interview
Very simple. A quick chat with the agency about role expectations, followed by an in-person chat which was more of the same really. "Can you lift X amount?" "Can you work X amount of days/hours?" "What experience do you have?" are the sort of questions to expect.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Evri in Mar 2026
Interview
Group interview for a full day, which EVRI called Recrutiment day. (9:30am to 3pm)
The agenda was:
15 min - Intros from the principal test manager, and leadership team
45 min - Group Challenge 1 (Design the test approach for the provided sample ticket)
30 min - Group Challenge 1 presentations (10 min per group)
60 min - Group Challenge 2 ("Codeathon" - Code samples analysis)
30 min - Group Challenge 2 presentations (10 min per group)
60 min - Individual feedback and break
45 min - Individual Challenge 3 ("Hackathon" - EVRI mobile app and website bug finding session)
30 min - Individual Challenge 3 presentations/review
10 min - Closing comments
It was a different interview process with a more hands-on approach, but overall the the process was a bit messy and doubt it could effectively evaluate the candidates.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Evri (Eastwood, East Midlands, England) in Oct 2023
Interview
The interview process is pretty simple and easy, I was also shown around during the interview and asked when I could start and if I already had any PPE as I had to order my own boots
