I had an interview with 3 people and total interview was 1.5 hours. Each person talked for a half hour. A lot of the interview was seeing how I aligned things with the company's 5 core values. Then one of them emailed me a couple days later and asked me to write some things about me so she could see my writing skills. A few days later, I was offered the job. The whole process took about 2 weeks.
