I applied online. I interviewed at ExamSoft Worldwide
Interview
The first interview was with HR, which was actually really good. But the second interview with one of the managers was the worst interview I have ever had. He was very not friendly and aggressive with his questioning. There was no conversation. Just berated with abrupt questions. Tons of the questions were completely stupid and irrelevant. Literally asked me: how many TIRES are in the USA? Yea......

Question 1
How many tires are in the US?
In three words, describe the companies mission.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ExamSoft Worldwide (Boca Raton, FL) in May 2014
Interview
I had to take the Wonderlic and personality test and then had my first phone interview with HR. After HR, I then had a Skype interview with one of the department heads. I was later called back by another department manager for a third interview. After the third interview I was required to complete a work study, which was a powerpoint presentation on any topic.

Question 1
First you will chat with the Talent Manager for a screening for a possible interview (will end up with 3 interviews). Then you go on to take two tests the PI test and Wonderlic test. If you don't do well with timed aptitude tests then you don't further on with the interview process. Apparently, skills and qualifications aren't considered if you don't do well on either.
In order to maintain fairness for all applicants, we require a minimum score on the assessments. The applicant is notified of this prior to taking the assessments and encouraged to complete a practice assessment to help gauge question type and get practice with the timing.
While we wish would could make exceptions based on skills/qualifications alone, that would nullify the assessment process and be unfair to all candidates.
