It became apparent during the interview that the requirements for the job did not match the job posting. The CFO wanted demonstrated past performance with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, DCAA audit, intimate knowledge of Delteck GCS (minor programming skill set) that seemed to far exceed what the job posting required. The CFO had no job description created, and this became a serious burden as I later had 8 different job descriptions in the first 8 months on the job.
