The first interview is conducted by HR in person. He asked me abut background, career goals, and motivation for the position. The other questions are the common questions, such as the strength and weakness.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Excel Parking Services (Birmingham, England) in Jul 2018
Interview
30 minute interview, no technical questions asked. The interview process was all about when I could start and if I’d be willing to work evenings and weekends. The manager that interviewed me seemed out of his depth.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Excel Parking Services (Sheffield, England)
Interview
It was a pretty straight forward interview. They asked standard questions such as : Why did you apply for this job, what do you know about us, do you have any pre-booked holiday, previous experience, why should we give you this role, etc. Then they chatted with me on casual subjects like commuting and things.
