Time from job submission to offer was ~4 months. Started with recruiter interview via phone and then later with hiring manager via video. Recruiter did an outstanding job of explaining details of organization, role, and hiring process. End-of-year holidays extended total time before job offer received.

Interview
5 different interviews by phone with HR rep, immediate supervisor, Director and department Director. Remote position so interviews were all on TEAMS. The last interviewer was more personal in nature. I think testing overall personality to see if it was a good fit.
