Excelya interview questions

I was first contacted by HR to schedule a date for the initial interview. The conversation went really well it was friendly and focused on my background, motivation, and understanding of the company. Four days later, I was invited for a second interview on site, where I had the chance to meet my future manager and get a better sense of the working environment. The offices were easy to access, and the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. About two weeks later, I had a third interview with the CFO, which went more in depth into my technical and analytical skills, as well as my approach to problem solving and collaboration. After a quick reference check, I received a positive response and an offer. Overall, the recruitment process was very smooth, well structured, and transparent. Communication was consistent throughout, and I truly appreciated the professionalism and kindness of everyone involved. The whole process took around four weeks from the first contact to the final decision.

There was a good interviewer, who asked mainstream questions, process updates and final decision were received in the end. I had a positive experience and would try again in the future.
