Exclaimer interview questions

I was asked to have a T/C with the head of talent acquisition in London. He spent most of the call talking trying to sell the company rather than allowing me to explain my experience and ask my own questions. I will not be progressing any further with this interview process!

My interview felt structured and fast-paced: a phone screen, a panel discussion, a skills test, then a final chat with the manager. Each stage tested fit, communication, and problem-solving under pressure.
