Interview
The interview was very pleasant. I was asked about my experience, and they in exchange told me about the company and the position. I was asked to do a pretend sales presentation. I was given some constructive feedback, and told that they would contact me with their decision.

Interview
The overall process should have been my first warning about how they operate. The interview was with the CEO & it was completely unprofessional. He overcompensates with being loud and condescending. His method is to act as you need to get him to trust you when all along he’s the one who should not be trusted. The main questions in the interview were situational but not probable things to happen. The guy is so out of touch with what is actually going on ... he creates situational questions out of his own delusion . Other than that they just want to assure you have your own materials (laptop, car) to use at their disposal. The company requires you to have so much and gives so little .

Interview
I applied on zip recruiter and was called by a hiring manager to do an in person interview with the managers. I went to the job site for the interview and immediately realized that this was not an HR recruiting job. I was asked if I would be okay to travel about to different stores to recruit employees who would be interested in working for Exclusive Furniture? I told the hiring managers that my background is in the office not field recruitment and that it could be an issue of conflict of interest. I respectfully declined their offer.
