ExecOnline Course Operations Associate/Recruiting Coordinator interview questions

Currently, ExecOnline's recruiting effort is a one woman show. I found the Course Operations Associate position through LinkedIn and applied online. I heard back within two weeks. I had a 30 minute initial call with the recruiter and after that had a 30 minute video interview with the senior VP of Product and Operations. There was a bit of a lag in between hearing back after this conversation, but the recruiter kept in touch with me through email and phone and told me about a position on her team opening up. I was eventually told that I did not get the position I applied for originally and proceeded to have a video interview with her about the new position. I overall have a very positive outlook on the process and am looking forward to seeing the organization grow.
