I was asked 10 behavioral questions which I had to answer in STAR approach relating to the work I have done (decision making, issue fixes, automation, talent / team building)
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Exelon (Baltimore, MD) in May 2018
Interview
Lots of behavioral questions such as "Tell me about a time when..." STAR=Situation, Task, Action, Result type questions. There were no questions regarding technical knowledge needed for the position. Pretty causal but professional.
