Straight forward, I was invited to the home for an interview and met by two people that worked there. They asked standard questions that were quite straightforward was a nice place too

Simple interview, common questions on what would you do situations. Very easy going and relaxing environmebt for a balanced, structured conversation where both parties actively engage to gather relevant information and determine the best fit in a professional, collaborative manner.
