The interview process is a friendly, open discussion-based style. Rick is welcoming and seems genuinely interested in getting to know you and your motivations. I would recommend researching the industry and coming in with compelling questions.

I applied for the job online and received a call quite quickly. I had 2 phone screens, a onsite shadowing and on site interview. I was asked about my background and personality as it related to the job. Everyone was super nice and professional
