I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Expeditors (Denver, CO) in Sept 2017
Interview
Came in for a day interview and met with HR, hiring manager and branch manager. Spent about four hours total on site, and was offered the job as I left the office. Offered me an extremely low salary of $35,000 with the promise of making more within 6months. Did not make more until nearly two years later with a salary of $40,000.
A very smooth and straightforward interview process. They ask about your knowledge and past experiences that relate to the position. There was one interview for me before I received an offer

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Expeditors (Rotterdam) in Jul 2023
Interview
Two interviews, clear not so difficult. They want to test your resilience and how adaptable you are to change. So part of the interview is situational and testing different previous pressure situations, how you deal with stress and high paced environments. A lot of their clients are quite demanding.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Expeditors (Seattle, WA) in May 2022
Interview
2 meetings. One with sales manager and one with manager of customs brokerage. Asked about my former jobs and how I function in a team environment. They expect you to be well-dressed, eloquent and prepared. I ended up talking about a recent cyberattack they had been the victims of. Good advice is read in the news about them and what they have been up to lately
