Exploratorium interview questions

The interview process involved a take-home system design assignment, followed by three interviews. The first was a technical interview, the second focused on general problem-solving, and the third was more conversational, assessing cultural fit and interpersonal skills. Overall, it was a thorough and well-structured process that tested both technical knowledge and soft skills.

I am unsure if it was just the hiring manager or if it was the company as a whole but it all felt very disorganized. The questions seemed to be asked frantically and did not have any answers to my questions (how many people worked in this position, when i would hear back, etc.). It also took 5 months for them to offer an interview.
