Group interview with 10 other people. Don't need to answer every question but I recommend you do because they like a person who speaks up more often. Asked about latest fashion trends, how you would approach a customer, what do you like about the customer service, what would make a good employee.

Question 1
Demonstration scenario where one of the mangers pretends to be a customer and you would have to demonstrate how you would approach to them and tell them about the store sales and promotion offers.
I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
