Interview
Met with the co-manager and asked basic questions relating to the job. If I had any experience and why I chose Express. Then we discussed different scenarios that may occur while working and how they would be handled.

I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
