It was a very standard retail interview. There isn't anything specific to note. Easy, comfortable, simple. Standard preparation is recommended. I love the Express brand, and have for many years, so it was easy for me to use that as a talking point.

It was a 1 on 1 in office interview. Super Easy! Asked me a little about myself and my experience in retail. I was then offered the job on the spot! They then showed me around the store and what a typical day would look like at the job. Even got to pick my own working hours.

Interview
It was quick and expected. Much like the standard interview for these types of jobs. I was greeted, felt welcomed and was able to ask questions. I wish I would have gotten a call back,
Group interview where one of the managers picked one or two of us while sitting in a group of 6 to answer questions at a time. Basic questions like how would you respond to a customer or what is a style recommendation.
