I went in-person and asked if they were hiring, and was told to apply online. They called me to schedule an interview about a week later. It was a group interview (5 people total) with the Hiring Manager. We were all applying for a different position. She took turns asking all of us a few questions depending on whether or not we've had previous work experience and which position we were applying for. After the interview, she told us to come back tomorrow. The next interview was with the Store Manager. Because I told them that I couldn't make the interview tomorrow due to class, they told me to come afterwards. Due to those circumstances, I got to have a one-on-one interview with the Store Manager. They called me about a week or so later to offer me a job.
