I interviewed for the position of Receptionist at the Corporate Office in Houston. I interviewed with the HR lady and the CEO's executive assistant. I have never been treated so well during an interview. These women have hearts of gold, which makes me conclude that they have a good culture at EXPRO overall. The interview was centered around my qualifications, NOT my job gaps or my lack of a college degree. No interrogation. No verbal abuse. (Yes, I have actually experienced that during job interviews.) I wish I could have taken this job, but I didn't want to let them down. Whoever reports to the CEO's EA needs to be a person who can handle some stress. I think I would have been more comfortable reporting to the facilities manager. I am not an administrative guru. I'm just a worker bee. They were willing to take a chance on me, but I feared they might regret it, so I withdrew. I HIGHLY recommend applying there, especially if you have a secretarial background. This would have been the perfect job for me 20 years ago.
