Extendicare RN Unit Manager interview questions

Interview with DON, no problem as expected. Administrator was newly graduated and gave the impression the residents were all behavior issues that families constantly complaining. Complained staff were lazy and required constant and aggressive supervision especially when short staffed. Clearly had no clue, no wanted to know how impossible the floor nurses had in trying to work with dementia patients.. Little wonder there is constant turnover of staff.
