Extensiv interview questions

Had a recruiter screen, which went well. Positive feedback in an email. They requested I take a CCAT cognitive and personality test, after completing it did not receive any feedback for a week until the “thank you for interest” generic email. I suspect companies like this are data harvesting, will be formally requesting deletion of the test data.

I participated in multiple rounds of interviews with key stakeholders from several departments, each representing teams I would collaborate with closely, providing a well-rounded perspective on cross-functional partnership and organizational alignment.
