I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Exterior Medics
Interview
The interview process was very basic, with only a few generic questions that didn’t dive deeply into project management or account management. Some questions even felt a bit off-topic and not very relevant to the role. Be cautious, as some of the perks mentioned might not be as clear-cut as they seem. Overall, the interview felt pretty superficial and didn’t give a comprehensive picture of the job.

Question 1
One of the questions they asked was how I would like people to describe me during my retirement party, which felt quite out of place and not really relevant to the role. It was an unusual question that didn’t provide much insight into the actual job or my fit for it.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Exterior Medics in May 2010
Interview
First contact was through the phone. It was a very short discussion where we setup the 'in-person' interview. Met with the two owners in the basement of their home. Interview process was relatively short, maybe 30 minutes discussing my background. Nothing too difficult. They didn't even ask for my resume. No situational questioning just what I did for the past few years. Everyone I met was very friendly and nice. I was told they would get back to me about the job. Either a day, or two, later the owner called me and offered me the job.

Question 1
I don't remember any exact questions. It was more of a discussion than an interview.
