Applied for the EMEC day where there was an assessed business game and a chance to meet ExxonMobil employees. Then from that was fast tracked to a face to face interview on site in Fawley as a result of how I worked as part of a team in the business game. Whole process took about 2 months in total.
Applied online. 1 round. HR schedule skype interview as I am on exchange. Basic questions like why oil and gas, interests and career aspirations. Offer was made less than 2 days later.
Skype interview where they asked competency questions. Lasted 30 minutes, asked the usual basic questions. Proceeded to face to face interview 45 minutes was competency qs and 15 minutes for technical question.
