Interview
Very friendly and open-minded interviews in three steps. First management and directly afterwards on supervisor level, third on general management and HR level.
Questions were rather on general level, than technical expertise.
It was all good. ExxonMobil recruited on campus and I applied through my university. Got an interview on campus and was notified that week of an offer. I declined because they had offered me an internship in a different semester than I could do. Overall a very positive experience.

A sit down talk with a few technical leads, something like a panel interview, but less formal.
Questions asked were more on interest and fit, rather than technical expertise as it was just an internship interview.

One first round interview in person through the university. The interviewer then told me that if I had a successful first round interview I would have a phone screening as a second round interview.
