Global hr operations is good in their shortlisting process and coordinating with the asia pacific side of exxonmobil. However, interview process wasnt very professional. One of the interviewers was friendly and professional. The other was not very, she was using her phone while i was answering questions asked by the other professional interviewer. The unprofessional interviewer was even preparing to pack up before i finished.
Honestly, even if you dont intend to hire a candidate, at least show some professionalism. Put yourself in the candidate’s shoes.

Interview
Interviewed via zoom with hiring manager. Next phase was an interview on campus that lasted all day and included lunch. Three interviews occured throughout the day. People were nice and questions were mostly behavioral
Interviewers were kind and understanding. The whole process went smoothly throughout the session. It felt like a conversation more than just an interview. They are interested to know me as a candidate and what I can bring to the table
Very accomodating and approachable team. Interview process was exhaustive (multiple rounds with 5-6 total staff over a few hours), but informative and transparent. Interview logistics were outsourced and resulted in some miscommunication.
