First, the company shortlisted the candidates from the resume shortlist then only one round of personal interviews with 4-5 members in the panel. The interview was about 30 min. Most of the questions were related to resume and HR.

Respectful. Simple behavioral interview with expectation of answering questions in STAR format. Interviewer seemed interested and was calm and inquisitive throughout the process. Been a week and haven't heard any sort of follow-up, though.

Tell me about your smartest or most unique idea that worked out.
Exercise was organized by dragnet. Registration process started at stated time. It Progressed till the identity and bio-data verification point. We had brief time to relax and wait for the batches ahead to conclude, before mine. Was seamless and well proctored.
