El proceso de contratación fue bastante largo, me contactaron de una consultora a principios del mes de Abril y recién comencé a trabajar a mediados de Agosto. Las entrevistas me parecieron correctas, parte en español y parte en Inglés.

En la primer entrevista la parte en Inglés consistía más que nada en contar algo de tu vida personal y/o de tu carrera.
First interview via call, second video recording interview, third in person interview. Mostly behavioural questions, accounting questions in the end, friendly atmosphere. They agreed to get back to me as soon as possible and they did.

How did you manage failures in your educational/professional life?
It was smooth. Due to Covid 19, both interview were remote (video interview). In the interview questions were mostly from the accounting, finance , MS office and according to the CV.
